Account Registration


When you register with us, you must first register with minimum details, which will include:

Important:

  • The username is unique and cannot be changed
  • An email address can only be associated with one account
  • Password must be at least 6 characters


After you have completed the above minimum registration, we will send you an email with an activation link, you will need to activate your new account before you can log in.
When your account is active you will need to complete the account registration to use our services.

This will require the following details:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • City
  • Country
  • State/County/Province
  • Zip/Post Code
  • Phone Number

Generally, this information is requested when you purchase or sell, the buyers' and sellers' details are exchanged automatically to allow delivery or returns.

Before you can use your account to buy and sell, you must add a payment gateway(s) email address. we require your Payment Gateway email address to allow you to send and receive payment for the items or services only.
You can add or update your payment gateway by navigating from your Members Area > My Account > Account Settings

You can change your account type from Personal to business by navigating from your Members Area > My Account > Account Settings. and changing your Account Type from Personal to "Business", you will then need to add your Business name
in the below business name field.

Important - as stated above:
The username is unique and cannot be changed.  (This means that the username you used to register is associated with activity under that account only.)
If you want a new username associated with your business account you will need to register a new account. The registration process is almost the same as mentioned above.

Once you have registered or updated your account to a business account we will check and verify your business information.
If we are unable to verify the business information you provided, we will contact you by sending a message to your account, you will receive email notification. Make sure the business details you provide are correct
