File a payment dispute with your processor
File a payment dispute and get your money back.
To try and get your money back, you will have to file a dispute with the payment processor used to pay for your purchase.
For guidelines for PayPal and Amazon Pay buyer protection programs, visit the appropriate website using the links below.
For other payment gateways, contact your debit or credit card provider directly to file a dispute on the purchase.
Most of the payment gateways only offer guidelines and instructions and not a buyer protection program, you could always contact them just to see if they can help in any way.
If your transaction falls outside of the buyer protection program or they don't offer any buyer protection program you may still be eligible to file a dispute and possibly get a refund via the credit card company or bank you used to pay for the transaction.
Please contact your credit card company or the bank that was used in the transaction. Note: We aren’t involved in the process at any stage.
