Buyer Offers
Buyers Offer Page.
If the option is available, buyers can submit an offer to buy an item.
To do this, input the amount you are willing to pay and select the make offer button.
Next, a popup window will display a confirmation message: "Are you sure you want to make offer?"
Click Cancel or OK to proceed to submit the counter Offer.
After making the offer, buyers can manage their offer within their offers page (Members Area > Buying > Offers) menu.
Accept Offers:
View offers placed on open listings from the Offers page (Members Area > Buying > Offers) menu:
Click the Accept button to accept a pending offer:
Next, a popup window will display a confirmation message: "Are you sure you want to accept this offer?"
Click Cancel or OK to proceed to accept the offer.
If the offer has been accepted there will be a Green highlighted notification message on each listing.
You can view all other offers by selecting the "View Offers" button.
Counter Offer:
The seller and buyer can counter with a price that is deemed reasonable within the minimum and maximum price the seller is willing to accept.
The seller or buyer does not have to accept any counter offer.
Click the Counter button to make the counter offer.
Make a Counter Offer by inputting the amount and select make offer button.
Next, a popup window will display a confirmation message: "Are you sure you want to make a counter offer?"
Click Cancel or OK to proceed to submit the counter Offer.
Withdraw Offers:
Offers can be withdrawn from the users that have posted them, Buyer or Seller.
The user (buyer or seller) will have to confirm the withdrawn cancellation of the offer:
If the offer has been withdrawn you will see a message letting you know the offer has been withdrawn.
If the offer has been withdrawn there will be a Gold highlighted notification message on each listing.
Decline Offers:
The user receiving the offer has the option to decline it:
If the offer has been declined there will be a Red highlighted notification message on each listing,
