How to Manage your Purchases
Managing Purchases.
When you buy an item via buy it now the item will appear in your Purchases page, the purchase page allows you to manage all the items you buy via buy it now.
To manage your Purchases – log in to your account and on the left menu select “ Purchases” Here you will find all your unpaid, paid, posted/sent items.
- You can filter items by selecting the dropdown in the top-right corner and selecting the following options:
- Unpaid.
- Paid.
- Posted/Sent.
- You can filter sales by searching the following options:
- Invoice ID.
- Listing ID.
- Seller Username.
- Date - From and To.
You can view the detailed history of each item on your Purchases page. Each item within your Purchases page will have its own following options:
View & Print Invoice:
Buyers can View & Print the Invoice at any time.
Buyers have the option to Combine Invoices and all unpaid items from the same seller into one invoice. (this option is available for both sellers and buyers).
Invoices can be combined simply by selecting the checkbox on the left side of each sale.
Buyers also have the option to Print the same Invoices to return items back to the seller.
Note: Currently we don't have label-only printing options, however, this is going to be added along with label tools.
Buyers can (check) Edit – Invoice to make sure they are correct and choose any options the seller is offering.
To edit the invoice, locate the purchased item and select the "Edit" button.
The buyer can change the below option:
- Delivery Address. if you have a secondary delivery address.
- Shipping Method. If the seller offers other shipping methods.
- Apply Insurance . if the seller offers the option.
Message Board:
Buyers can send sellers messages about any item they purchased or follow-up questions.
Even after completing a transaction buyers (or sellers) can send updates or follow-up questions.
Seller and buyer can communicate and ask questions about anything relating to the item Learn more about Questions & Answers.
Make Payment:
If you are happy with the item, you can proceed to make the payment. to make a payment, find the item and click "Make Payment" You
will be taken to the Purchase Details page, this Purchase Details page will show all the transaction details and the payment option(s) the seller accepts.
NOTE: Before sending payment, the buyer should check the details on the invoice, once payment has been made this can't be changed.
If the payment is set up correctly by adding the “IPN URL” to your payment gateway account then the payment status will update automatically. this will show the payment status as paid.
How to do this: in your Account Settings find the payment option, you will see IPN URL - copy this URL into your gateway account.
