All our users have there own messaging system that allows buyers and sellers to communicate with each other on BNSBids.
The messaging system is accessed within the Members Area > Messages, the messaging section of our Members' Area allows you to read, delete and reply to all the messages you have sent and received.

If you are a buyer and you need help with an item, then you need to contact the seller directly.

When asking the seller questions about the item (payment or delivery) be clear and only ask relevant information relating to the item, this will help prevent any confusion.

buyer should respond to messages from sellers in a timely manner. Good communication is the most important aspect, It creates trust between buyers and seller and prompts the buyer and seller to leave good feedback for each other.

Make sure you read questions properly before responding, please be mindful about what you say and how you say it, Be sure to address the specific questions from the seller.

Note: If you have already paid for the item or you haven’t received you item yet you need to contact the seller as soon as posibole and explain your concern.
Try to remain calm, and clearly state your concern so the seller can try to resolved issue as quickly as possible.
