Buyer Feedback Policy
It's important that buyers and sellers leave feedback that best describes the service they have received, Choose the right feedback rating is important to both buyers and sellers.
Leaving detailed feedback is more helpful because it will show others what type of services you have received from the buyer/seller, all feedback is publicly displayed on the buyers/seller feedback page.
To view the feedback of any user, locate the user's username and click on the star next to the username.
It's good to know that successfully completed transactions earn buyers/sellers a higher trust status. The feedback automatically upgrades the level of trustworthiness into a star rating.
There are five types of stars:
- 1 to 9 > Yellow
- 10 to 49 > Green
- 50 to 99 > Blue
- 100 to 199 > Red
- 200 and above > Golden
The feedback process is identical for both transaction partners (buyer and seller).
- Select, from the Pending Feedback section, the item(s) for which to give feedback too. Members Area > Feedback > Leave Feedback > Pending Feedback
- Click Leave Feedback. The next screen will ask to select the type of feedback (Positive, Negative, or Neutral) and to comment on the overall experience.
Important: Unless completing the Comments field, the feedback won't be posted.
The final screen will display a message confirming the posting of the feedback and the updated reputation (rank) of the buyer.
Can i edit feedback:
No, feedback can't be edited by any users, however, we can edit or delete any user's feedback.
We will only edit or remove user feedback if:
- The feedback is inappropriate.
- To correct any mistakes.
if there are ongoing issues between the buyer and seller, we will not make any edits or deletes.
