If you have reason to believe that you are dealing with a seller who is committing fraud, not following our policies or laws and regulations relating to their account buying and selling activity you can report them.

To report (any) users follow the below steps:

1. Click the "Report Tab" on the Details page.
(You should see the "Report tab" on all our item details pages)
3. Now filling the title and description fields. 

Included as must information as possible stating the reasons for the report.

Please be mindful of what you say and how you say it, and please do not use offensive language is not tolerated.

All reports are between the reporter and BNSBids, we do not share the reporter information, and we may reply if we are unsure as to why the seller has been reported.

We will investigate any reports and communicate with the reported user.
Depending on the reasons for the report we will check and monitor all activity and take any action needed.

If any buyer or seller does not follow our marketplace rules or laws relating to their buying and selling activity, we will remove them from BNSBids.
