We will remove listings that portray any graphic violence at any time or if we are contacted about portraying any graphic violence.

Such items may only be permitted if they have substantial social, artistic, or political value.

Listings that may contain any nudity or adult material must follow the laws and regulations including our Adult Content policies.

Note: you can use methods to cover body parts in the images before taking pictures.

Just because your item is not in the list below doesn't mean that you can legally sell the item you have.

The Following is Permitted:

Items or media that are related to a natural disaster or human tragedies that may have substantial artistic, political, or social value.
Any charity websites or charity listings that have been set up to benefit the victims of a tragic event or disaster.
Items that are synonymous with Serial killers that are over 100 years old (Such as, Jack the Ripper, Lewis Hutchinson, or Amelia Dyer).
Any documentaries, books, or Hollywood style movies about serial killers or violent crimes.
Letters, envelopes, and stamps that display Nazi postmarks.
Any currency issued by the Nazi government.
Items that have a swastika that is in no way related to Nazi Germany such as good luck charms, Native American blankets, Buddhist sculptures.
Historically accurate World war two (WWII) military models or modeling kits that bear a Nazi symbol.
Items that have some historical significance and that are associated with acts of violence against public figures.
War documentaries from any period.
Hollywood-style movies, even if they have graphic, violent subject matter and have a BBFC rating of less than R18.

Art or media listings such as music or books where the offensive word or phrase is part of the title of the item.

The term “Negro” is acceptable just as long it's not used in a way that is derogatory or offensive.

The term Golliwog is acceptable just as long it's not used in a way that is derogatory or offensive.

Images of items that contain offensive terms are allowed to be listed as long as it's part of the actual name of the item you are listing, However, the term cannot be in the description or title of the listing

Any listing that portrays or attempt to profit from any human suffering, tragedy, or insensitive to victims or of such events.
We do not allow any listings at all that are closely associated in any way with notorious murderers, serial killers, and violent criminals that happened within the last 100 years.

We do not allow any personal belongings of anyone who has been convicted of a violent crime which they may profit such as:

• Letters
• Books
• Artwork

Novelty items that are related to serial killers, it's not allowed.
Any items that may have been found at or near a notorious crime scene.

Items promoting violence against any person such as:

• Convicted criminals.
• Convicted of a violent crime
• Glorify serial killers

Anything Nazi or Nazi-related.
We don't allow any Nazi paraphernalia
Anything Nazi or Nazi-related which may be or is disrespectful is in no way allowed to be listed for sale on BNSBids.
Nazi propaganda
Holocaust-related items
reproductions of uniform concentration camp clothing.
Genuine uniform concentration camp clothing.
personal belongings of concentration camp prisoners.
No Jewish identification such as armbands or Star of David.
Holocaust photos that show executions or dead bodies and other violent degrading images.
No Nazi-issued documentation such as passports and travel papers. 
Uniforms or uniform components that bear Nazi symbols.
Weapons or other items that bear Nazi symbols.

Listings for items that may have been owned or affiliated with or books that have been written by Nazi leaders such as:

• Hermann Goering
• Rudolf Hess
• Joseph Goebbels
• Heinrich Himmler
• Reinhard Heydrich
• Adolf Hitler
• We do not allow any Nazi-related material or items to promote hatred or racial supremacy, both historic and current.

Violent or offensive material. 
We do not allow any Items at all that glorifies or promote violence towards animals or humans.
Any devices or media that are designed for the purpose of execution or harm in any way, we do not allow.
Explicit photographs or videos from any morgues or crime scenes. 
Listings that promote or commemorate groups with views of hatred, violence, racial, religious, or sexual intolerance.
Any offensive product or material that will incite religious hatred or acts, against any race or creed, including religion and certain beliefs.
Ethnically or racially offensive language, this also includes any historical items, reproductions, and works of art and media.
