This digital content policy includes rules that you must follow.
We allow digitally delivered content that the buyer can download, such downloads will be activated for download after purchase (payment).
Digitally delivered content must be listed within our below categories:- Business, Supplies & Equipment > Businesses, Websites & Services
- Art > Digital Downloads
- Music & Music Memorabilia > Digital Music Downloads

Your content must not contain any virus or software that can be used for malicious email spam or any other malicious purposes.
Your content must not violate anyone's privacy, such as spyware, cookies, and other content or software
You must state in your listing description and guarantee that the item you are selling is safe, correct, and can be properly downloaded by being digitally delivered
You must include a no return policy.
you must clearly state in your description how you will correct any issues with the downloaded file (e.g not working, missing information in the file.
You must not list digital item(s) that require additional software in order to be purchased.
You must not require a buyer complete their transaction off BNSBids or confirm their identity.
All orders must be completed within the handling time frame stated by the seller.

We allow the following:
- MP3 music you wrote, recorded, and own all the rights to.
- Homemade movies you created and own the rights to. (This does not include adult movie content of any type)
- Computer software you created and own the rights to.
- Photos you captured yourself and own full rights to.
- Digital art that you have created and own the rights to or that you have been authorized to sell online by the owner, the owner-authorized agent, or the law.
- Software that you're authorized to sell online by the owner, authorized agent, or the law.
- Recipes you created yourself and own full rights to.
- e-Books you own the copyright to, and/or that you're authorized to sell online by the owner, authorized agent, or the law.
The following is Prohibited:

- Any MP3 music that is copied from a CD you own or that was recorded at a concert.
- Any eBooks or audiobooks that you don't own the copyright to or have not been authorized to resell by the owner, authorized agent, or the law.
- Songs you have bought from an iTunes store.
- Films/movies you have copied from DVDs you own.
- Video games you have copied from the original CDs.
- Any computer/console updates are not allowed.
- Computer software such as microsoft windows, and apple operating software.
- Product manuals or user guides that are on PDF files that you do not own the copyright of or you have not been authorized to resell by the owner, authorized agent, or the law.
