Vehicle Part and Accessories Policy:
We allow many vehicle parts and accessories just as long as all sellers follow our rules and policies including all applicable laws and regulations.
Depending on the type of part you are selling, you may have an obligation to offer the buyer an option to return their used part for safe disposal.

Sellers who list prohibited items can have their selling privileges removed temporarily or permanently.

BNSBids reserves the right to remove any listing it considers to be inappropriate for sale for any reason.
The following is allowed:
- Batteries.
- Helmets.
- Road safety equipment.
- Tyres, Wheels, Tracks, Inner tubes.

- The Sale of New or Part Worn Tyre
- Note: The sale of part-worn tyres is highly regulated. part worn tyres must meet all safety standards as required by law.
- Tyres must have no internal or external bulges, lumps or tears. The tyre expiry date must be well in date and they must have at least 2mm of tyre tread.
- Listing Tyre requirements:

- The title must state the Tyre name followed by the tread amount, for example – Michelin – 2mm Tread.
- Short-Description can include the tyre size (this will be visible under the title) (this is optional)
- The description must clearly state the tyre's condition, brand, expiry date, size, and amount of tread.
- Images must clearly show and match what you have stated in your description by taking clear pictures.
- You are required to use a tyre tread depth gauge - Images must show the tread depth on the gauge.
- Vehicle accessories that include, but are not limited to; Audio Systems, Lighting, Alarm or Security Systems, and other replacement or addon vehicle accessories. for the UK sellers, you can learn more here: Electrical Equipment. All sellers local and international must follow their laws and regulations.
- New, used or refurbished Garage Equipment & Tools
- New, used or refurbished Vehicle Parts and Accessories
- New - Motor Oil and Lubricants. (seller should check any additional hazmat restrictions)
- Fuel Cans - they must comply with the requirements, check with your laws in your country/state
- Catalytic converters must be in good working order and meet applicable requirements for the type of catalytic converter. - Learn more here Catalytic converters and diesel particulate filters (UK), (Please check the laws and requirements for the type of catalytic converter in your country/state)
- Seat belts must be in good working order and must display an approval mark and state the vehicle it has been taken from and the vehicle it will fit
- If you are selling a vehicle par that has been dismantled from used vehicles, you must have and display the environmental permit number in the description.
- If you are not dismantling the vehicle parts yourself, you must display the environmental permit number of the site(s) where you source the vehicle parts
- If you are dismantling an imported vehicle, make sure that the vehicle is registered in your country/state

For sellers in other countries/states check with your "Vehicle Licensing Agency" they should be able to help.
The following is prohibited.
The below list is not limited to these, make sure that the item you intend to sell you can legally do so
- Used vehicle parts that have no model numbers (buyers use part model numbers to match the part they are looking for)
- Vehicle airbags: that have been - Recalled, Deployed, rebuilt, or are showing slight damage on the airbag cover including airbag inflators or component parts
- Car parts that lack the necessary certifications such as the ECE certifications
- Refurbished part claims where the seller claims the part has been refurbished by a professional (remove)
- Vehicle seatbelts and seatbelt components that show any signs of fray on the belt or damage
- Seat belt alarm cancellers
- Products that bypass, defeat, or render inoperative emission-control systems are not allowed.
- For vehicle parts and accessories that are under recall, the listing must be ended till further notes, Sellers are required to let us know so we can send all buyer emails to let them know.
- Devices that bypass vehicle emissions or make changes to the engine management, emissions control, exhaust or braking systems.
- Make sure you follow your country/state vehicle emissions act
