How to pay the fees on my account?


Note: Overdue accounts may be subject to restricted account selling privileges or suspension.

To pay your account balance you will need to log in to your account "Dashboard" Your account Dashboard will display your "Account Details" and your "Store" Details if you have one.

To pay your Account balance you will see the "Clear Account Balance" button, select this button and follow the onscreen instruction.
All your account fees will show as Debit.

To pay your Store Subscription fees you will see a blue "Renew" button, select this button and follow the onscreen instruction.
You will see your store subscription fee including other store details.


You can also view your Account History/Invoicing:

If you are a seller you can view and search through your fees and invoices. To do this go to Members Area > My Account > Account History. 

From here you can filter all records by credits, debits, receipts etc.

To make a payment you must have a payment gateway account, e.g PayPal, Amazon Pay etc.
