personalised items must be listed as Buy it Now Only.

When creating a listing to offer personalised items it's important that you provide clear instructions and information about the type of personalisation you are offering.

When offering personalise items you must include a returns policy and your terms of sale in the description. 

If you are offering multi personalised options you can include variations, learn How to Add Variations. If including variations such as different colours or sizes, make sure you can fulfil such variations set up by you.
