Set Buyer Pick-Up Option:

You can allow the buyer to collect the item or you can offer delivery and pick-up in your listing - the buyer will select the options offered in the invoice before making payment.

To allow the option for the buyer to collect the item, you need to select the "Buyer Must Pick-Up"  option in the shipping section on your sell page.
Any option you select including any shipping details will show on your details page - shipping & Returns tab

Note: You can also pre-set this on your Prefilled Fields page  (Members Area > Selling > Seller > Tools > Prefilled Fields),  

The shipping rate for "Buyer Much Pick-Up" is set to Free and can't be changed if there is any buying/bidding activity.

Update Shipping & Payment Status:

When a buyer comes to get their item, you need to change the status within your account. This updates Shipping & Payment Status to complete for both sides.

Go to Member Areas > Selling > My Sales, Locate the sale you would like to update, and then select Update, A popup window will show with the following options:

(1) Payment Status

Provide info regarding the payment status of an order.

• Unpaid
• Paid
• Paid (Direct Payment)
• Payment on Arrival (Select this option if the buyer has paid on collection)

(2) Shipping Status

Provide information regarding the status of an order.

• Processing
• Posted / Sent
• Problem
• N/A   (Select N/A if the buyer is collecting the item)

(3) Enter Tracking Link (optional)

• Enter the URL for the tracking code provided by the delivery courier.

If posting we recommend item tracking, this protects the seller and proves the item was sent out for delivery.

Update Buyer

Check the checkbox to send the buyer a purchase update email notification.
Don't forget to save your updates.

(We are updating this soon where the buyer will be required to provide a code to the seller to update the payment status)
