As stated on our seller listing conditions page all sales are binding. If a seller receives a purchase request the seller is obligated to complete the transaction with the buyer unless there is an exceptional circumstance, such as:

• The buyer fails to meet the terms of the listing.
• You cannot authenticate the buyer's identity.
• There is no response from the buyer.
• The buyer is requesting an unknown payment method.
• There is a problem with the item.
• There is a delivery issue.

If you are unable to complete an order, you must notify the buyer and cancel the order, is the buyer has sent payment, sellers must refund the buyer within 3 working days.

Note: Alternatively, you may contact the buyer and offer a similar item - the buyer doesn't need to accept the item.
