Update Payment and Shipping Status


Updating and completing orders is easy and this is all done within your My Sale page.


The seller can send buyers updates about the payment and shipping status, for example, if the buyer has sent payment you can update the payment status to "paid" This will automatically update the payment status for both the buyer and the seller.

after the payment status has been updated the seller can then prepare the item for delivery and update the shipping status to "posted/sent" This will automatically update the shipping status for both the buyer and the seller.

You can also add a Tracking Link (Track and Trace) to allow the buyer to track their delivery.

Remember to follow the post/shipping or collection option you set up in your account, including your returns policy.
