Account Temporarily or Permanently Suspended
If we have reason to believe any of our policies have been violated then your account could be suspended.
Depending on the reason your account was suspended will depend if your account will be reactivated.
See below some of the possible reasons your account could be suspended.
My Account Was Suspended Because of an Overdue Balance:
If your account was suspended because of an overdue balance, you can login and pay your account balance and then your account will automatically reactivate.
To do this - Login to your account dashboard to "clear account balance" or "renew" your store subscription.
My Account Was Permanently Suspended:
If your account is permanently suspended you will receive an email notification letting you know that we have left a message in your account inbox.
If your account is permanently suspended, your store and all other buying and selling privileges will be permanently suspended.
If your account has been permanently suspended due to a policy violation, then you will need to contact us to discuss this matter.
Depending on the reason your account could be permanently suspended, if this is the case then you can't use the account or create a new one to sell.
If we decide to reactivate your account then this will be a one-time account reactivation
My Account Was Temporarily Suspended:
If your account is temporarily suspended you will receive an email notification letting you know that we have left a message in your account inbox.
If your account is temporarily suspended, your store and all other buying and selling privileges will be temporarily suspended.
Login to your account and reply back to us as soon as your can.
If your account was temporarily suspended this could be related to your account-selling activity or your account information is incorrect based on the information you have provided.
If your account is suspended, you can access your account to:
- Messages: Read and respond to messages you receive from BNSBids.
- Personal Information: Update your personal information.
- Account Settings: Update your Account Settings.
- Account History: Check your Account History with BNSBids.
- Address Book: Update your address book.
- Buying.
- Selling.
- Store.
- Feedback.
- Account: Email Notifications, User Verification, or Social Media.
My Store is Temporarily or Permanently Suspended:
If your store has been temporarily or permanently suspended this is because we have deactivated your store.
You will receive an email notification letting you know that we have left a message in your account inbox.
If this is the case you will no longer have access to your store and anything for sale within your store.
This can be related to your selling activity or because the information you have provided is incorrect.
Login to your account and reply back to us as soon as your can.
