How to Create Invoices

Invoices:

Invoices are automatically generated and both seller and buyer have access to them Invoices.

When you sell an item all your sales will be visible on your "My Sale" page,  each sale will have its own invoice, you can view (or print) each sale invoice by selecting the "View & Print Invoice" tab.

Note; if you have used our default tax system then the tax option you selected in your listing process page will show and apply to that Invoice.

Unpaid invoices can be Edited, learn more about invoice editing.

Sellers can also update invoice shipping & payment status by selecting the update tab for each sale, learn more about update shipping & payment status

The seller can edit invoices by selecting the Edit Tab for each item, If the buyer has already paid for the item, then you will not be able to edit the invoices.

Make sure to add the appropriate tax based on your sale location and for the right product.
Please consult your local tax authority when in doubt, because you are responsible for charging the correct tax amount.

If a buyer uses any vouchers created by you (the seller) then the sale amount will be automatically calculated. learn more

Please note that the buyer is not required to accept changes made to the invoice, Should the buyer accept, they will be able to complete checkout via the payment method(s) you have set up in your account.
