Sellers Questions and Answers

All our users have there own messaging system that allows buyers and sellers to communicate with each other on BNSBids. The messaging system is accessed within the Members Area > Messages, it allows you to read, delete and reply to all the messages you have sent and received.
When using our services to sell items or services it's important to respond to messages from buyers in a timely manner and provide good customer support. Good communication is the most important aspect of providing great customer support for buyers, It creates trust, encourage the buyer to buy again, and prompts the buyer to leave good feedback.
Bad communication only encourage buyer to stay-a-way, so it's alway best to reply back to any messages from buyers in good timely manner.
Make sure you read questions properly before responding, please be mindful about what you say and how you say it, Be sure to address the buyers specific questions and provide only relevant information they are asking about.
Remember that if they have purchased an item from you, (the seller) they have access to the same information relating to the item
